Dr. Wijayasinghe is the Medical Director of Primary Care Outreach at Women's College Hospital and the Medical Director at the Immigrant Womens’ Health Center (IWHC) in Toronto. She has a family practice at St. Michael's Hospital and works as a staff physician at Hassle Free Sexual Health Clinic. Dr. Wijayasinghe is a Lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Department of Family and Community Medicine.
