Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month it is now more important than ever that we promote the importance of caring for your mental health.  The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) has developed a resource page specifically for individuals who are struggling with mental health as a result of Covid-19, Fred spoke with Rachel Klotz about tips for maintaining your good mental health.
