This episode features Steven McHone of McHone Performance Training.   Steven is the ultimate story of Living the Sweat Life!  From growing up in a southern family with a dad that smoked and had multiple heart attacks, at which point his mom took action and made sure Steven took on healthy habits from an early age.  No sugar, lots of sports and movement is where his sweat story begins.  In college he was the skinny kid until he found bodybuilding and dove deep into it, even competing!  His story goes on, to trying yoga -which he never would have imagined-to running marathons, ultra marathons, and riding his bike across the country!   You all are in for a treat to hear what Steven has to share and how that eventually created McHone Performance Training.  At Mchone Performance Training they help enhance individuals outdoor experience through fun, functional, challenging workouts for all levels of outdoor athletes. They coach athletes through progressive performance training to increase strength, stability and stamina, ensuring athlete’s ability to adventure and compete with confidence. Their approach creates resilient, high capacity all season athletes ready for any adventure.
