Meet Elijah, a 17-year-old high school senior who grew up being constantly threatened by bullies that were wanting to beat him up.  In this episode, he talks about how he managed to defuse those tense and heart-stopping moments using just his words. Despite not having a single day of professional training, he has learned - through experience - to apply Crisis Negotiation Techniques to escape these "life or death" moments and make the bully give up and walk out of the room.  If parents could teach their children how to do this, it would be priceless. Not only would it be useful in situations where someone wants to hurt them, but when some colleague approaches them in the future threatening to sue for something they didn't do, it can save a lot of time and money...
