Prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression are much more common that many people think. One in five mothers can experience PPA/PPD. The awareness that maternal anxiety and depression can start as early as pregnancy and occur days, months, and years after birth is so important. This week we talk with counselor Tiffany Wicks about what we can do as mothers, as friends of mothers, and how birth workers can experience second-hand trauma and what we can do about it.About TiffanyTiffany is the founder of Push Prenatal and Postpartum Counseling, PLLC.
