This week, Lyn talks to life coach, Seth Katz about healing from abuse, including the journey Seth himself took in order to overcome his own trauma, and how he now helps others to do the same. This can be difficult, especially for many men, because they want to be perceived as strong, and in their mind they may feel it's weak to talk about how any past abuse has affected them.
