Today we hear from Ed Pershing, CEO of PYA. He brings 40 years of experience in healthcare, both professionally and personally as a patient. That’s means he’s watched a lot of change and he’s helped drive a lot of change. And, interestingly, Ed sees improvement. He is optimistic. That’s good to hear while we’re all looking around at some of the challenges going on today in Washington and elsewhere in the healthcare industry. He also makes a note that uncertainty may be seem greater today due to the media and technology resources available. Not that it’s artificially inflating uncertainty, but that our perception is different. Overall, though, Ed Pershing sees progress taking place in health and healthcare innovation.
