Edward Bruce Bynum, Ph.D., discusses his latest book, Our African Unconscious: The Black Origins of Mysticism and Psychology. Bynum is the author of several books of poetry and the winner of the national Naomi Long Madgett Poetry Award for Chronicles of the Pig &amp; Other Delusions. He is also the recipient of the Abraham Maslow Award from the American Psychological Association.
