Sarah Hummel Jones hosts a conversation about ceramics, the influence of platforms such as Instagram and using your time productively in order to meld a practice around life. Working with this material allows her to create objects that are often inspired by music videos, blipster culture, television and movies. Jones received a Masters of Fine Art in Ceramics from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2014 and shortly after graduation, moved to Brooklyn, NY and worked as a ceramic technician &amp; assistant. Sarah Hummel Jones has been living &amp; working in Omaha for the past 3 years.
