Craig Paterson is a PHD researcher and Physiologist, a Sports Science expert, at The University of Gloucestershire. Here the Ran and Craig put me through a VO2 Max test and metabolite analysis and we discuss the importance of cardiovascular health  - in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, but also all-round well-being and longevity.
