She was a straight A student at school and gained a place at Durham University to study Philosophy and Politics. But while there, she soon realised university wasn't for her and dropped out during her second year and returned to her home town to her old bar maid job. Since then, Frances has come third on BBC's The Apprentice, started her business, got married and become a mother.
