I have known Arby for a long time now. He was one of the founding team members at F45 Oxford Circus when we opened back in July 2018.  I have watched him grow year on year into one of the most impressive blokes I know.  He is kind, extremely intelligent and a freak of nature in a training sense.   When he reached out to me about an incident that occurred to one of his friends I was humbled.  He wanted to use The Inspiration Space to talk about how he was feeling and how he wanted to talk about an issue that would help others.   'Mental Health' or 'Psychological Wellbeing', as I like to refer to it, is at the core of what this platform is all about. enjoy. This one is touching. Big love to this guy as he moves on from working at F45 Oxford Circus and onto his next step at Loughborough University.
