Ep. 292 - Conquering Investing Loan Misinformation w/ Blake Yarborough

Hey good evening everyone this is Robert with Mr Texas real estate in this is the Texas rules the radio network we're hearing our good friend Blake Yarbrough capital concepts and let's get the plugs right out of the way top of the hour well we give your phone number and website to go to. The phone number is 713-651-950 or toll free at 877-651-950 the website is for smart money.com that's the number for smart money.com I love that website it's also we have offices in Houston and Dallas resellers serve all over you taxes and we're looking to add a few states in the next 2 months or so excellent. So all that I'll come back to yep so are you just talking so. First I think everyone wants an update on the ranch. How did on the ranch well I closed on the ranch and my dad he saw the picture and one hundredth birthday which is big sentimental deal while it's great. He died when I was 20 and you know here I am 50 now but it just happened we were able to pull it off. M.. You know I'm excited I had a I haven't been able to enjoy it much lately the weather's been tough and I had a partial knee replacement the out on December 23 so that's kind of what was a last minute add on there but I'm kind of hobbling around and get around we're going to the ranch either come tomorrow night or Saturday morning the kids are excited to go and drink like that that one to the deer come. I need to quit buying dear. That's it you tell me what the original number was and it sounds like you've outgrown the at 2.5 X. at that point yes. Just because my wife here says I'm not going to put a number on it unless it is a. Houses in Katy. That are new construction houses in Haiti data or at that price point well that's some. Expensive direct their heads about 187. Right now it's at 17 bread goes but they're all. Top genetic does I'm going out trying to sell the the ranches and be in I guess it'll be another income source when I get older you know what it everything all for guys like us everything in our lives and incomes are so right well don't tell me how to cut expenses coming go make more money you make or when I'm 100 percent agree with you there. I'm I'm sort of talk about the ranch so I had a you know I'm from California originally from New Jersey to blue states right now here in big red state I've lived on all 3 coasts right. When I was talking to someone back in California and there. You know climate change laws stuff and I said Hey I want you to just pose a question to you who do you think is more into conservation. A hipster on the west side of LA or hunter in Texas. And the like what we're all about the bomb like no you don't understand these people have a real affinity what's going on with the land they don't want messed up they don't want they don't want oil spills on their land they don't want to contamination says they don't want any of that stuff as I know god is poor big gas ranch and he's going to breed dear right now he's going to be the one of the best storage of that land and. I think when it comes to guys like you it's not just the hunt them it is really to make that land is as I'm just a business profitable but as effective and efficient for the wildlife center on what one of the things his deer breeders I mean with all the how big deer hunting is in taxes that we wouldn't have enough here that one for deer breeders right and. You know I was originally thinking about his groans and therefore my ranches step in now my wife and my daughter a 15 year old daughter and she said. Danny you you just grow in them to shoot at a house so all right up change plans.  For more information visit mrtxre.com (Copyright Mr. Texas Real Estate)
