Suzanne grew up in Hope Valley. After graduating, she joined the military but was honorably discharged because of a knee injury. She married Donald Flint in 1968 and enjoyed a long happy marriage until his passing in 2017. Suzanne was a school bus driver for 20 years for the Chariho School District before becoming a secretary at Canonchet Cliffs II in Hope Valley while also working part time at CVS in Wyoming. She left Canonchet to work for the Olean Center in Westerly until 2014. She continued to work at CVS until retiring in 2016. Suzanne’s proudest achievement besides her family was becoming the first woman captain of the Hope Valley Ambulance where she saved many lives during her years as a volunteer EMT. She will be greatly missed by her family and everyone who knew her. Thank you for taking the time today to remember and celebrate Suzanee’s life.
