Honestly, I wish that this episode had been available to me back in 2015 when I had to go on leave from teaching due to a tapped out nervous system. We often just think that we are stressed at work but the truth is our bodies and minds are paying the price. Once we gain a better understanding of what is going on we can start to move forward to healing our stress and overwhelm and get back to doing what we do best which is teaching!
