As a horse owner and former 'nervous' competitor herself, Dr Tracey Cole knows all too well how it can feel to lose your confidence, whether that be in handling your horse, hacking, cantering or competing. In love with horses since she was a little girl, she's now combining that passion for horses into her career as a NLP &amp; hypnosis trainer and coach. Interview with Tracey Cole - Equestrian Focused NLP Coach Practitioner

Over the last couple of years, there's been a real surge in awareness around mindset and how it can impact everything you do. In fact, I did my NLP Practitioner training a while ago, and I'm training for my Master Practitioner now because it's packed full of useful tools that I use in my business coaching. And I train with the lady that is on today's podcast- Tracey Cole.  Tracey is a Master Coach who found NLP through her own confidence issues in the saddle... and the rest is history! Now, Tracey is a Master Coach who offers sessions to riders and non-riders, but also trains people to support others with NLP, and she also has a business course coming out in the New Year!⁠  In this episode, Tracey tells us all about NLP (what is is and how she got into it!) and also shares some very valuable tips and tricks that will help so many people at this time of year.⁠
