She earned her BA in History and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and then earned an MA and a PhD in Systematic Theology from Marquette University. Her research interests focus on the interrelations between aesthetics and metaphysics, with particular interest in the work of Hans Urs von Balthasar.
