Dee specializes in helping people lose weight without doing a specific diet. Instead she helps them look at the way they treat food and their relationship with it. Today was an interesting conversation because Dee has done more than just be a diet coach. She’s also had to deal with the sudden loss of her husband. Not only that, but she also had to decide whether or not to go on food stamps. She chose not to and instead chose to learn how to run a laundry business. She talks about some of her ups and downs and learning how to make a business more efficient.  I found today’s episode insightful because dealing with death is always hard, but dealing with death while learning a new business is even harder.
