This week’s episode is a little on the heavier side, but it’s full of inspiration and hope. Today I had the privilege of talking with Jane Garner, a mother who lost her almost two year old in a tragic drowning accident. In this episode, Jane tells her story, talks about how she pulled through what any parent would think would be the most impossible, unspeakable thing to have to go through, and she talks about what others had said and did that has helped her along the way. This is super helpful because we may not always know the best thing to say or do for parents who have gone through this, but you will, after this episode. We also talked about how there’s beauty, even in death, and at the end of the day, what is really the most important thing for us moms to focus on.
