This week I catch up with the “Disruptive Nutritionist”, Shalani McCray. Shalani is a Naturopathic Practitioner with a focus on total wellness of the body, mind &amp; spirit.  If you’re like me, you will have heard a lot recently about gut health, but overwhelmed by all the choices, all the ideas. Well in today’s session Shalani is able to cut through all that BS and the give the listeners some simple tips to improve their gut health. Why bother? Well these are come of the typical teenage ailments that can be positively impacted by improving your gut health – anxiety, focus and concentration, acne, depression, mood swings, anger issues, ADHD and ADD, asthma, hay fever, energy levels and eczema……..just to name a few.
