Today on Unmuted by ila we have Taraji Rom! She is a life coach and the founder of the Neema Mission, which helps individuals from disadvantaged communities with key skills and life skills to reduce inequalities and set them up for success. This is all done by delivering mentoring, engaging, and training workshops and programs. Taraji started her business in 2018 and has been helping individuals live life on their own terms and achieve their goals.Taraji walks us through how to unlock your purpose and passion in a personal and professional sense, navigate rejection, and make your voice heard amidst prejudice and stereotyping.

In 2014, Taraji went through a dramatic change in her life which literally turned it upside down. She felt lost, worthless, overcoming depression, you name it. This overall took her on a Self Discovery journey, creating a whole new person. She knew that she deserved more in life and even after coming a long way through this journey of self discovery, she's constantly still learning and evolving everyday. She believes that there is no life without growth and peace of mind and now helps people live a life of purpose and fulfilment. Through discovering her own life's purpose, she actually made it her mission to serve others and help them to also figure out who they really are too so only then can they live a life of growth, fulfilment and peace of mind.  We spoke about Depression, Mental Health, Mindset, Self Discovery and how you can truly find your Purpose in life or figure out what that may be.
