She is a nurse and a life coach for teenage girls, and has served as a Young Women president in her stake Young Women presidency. Kim and her husband are the parents of four children.Since this podcast was originally broadcast, Kim has changed the hike for the young women to be statewide and include the young men as well. She also speaks more in depth with the youth now about how the hike is like the Plan of Salvation, how we are disciples of Christ as we are hiking in the Grand Canyon, and about the names of Christ that we either take upon us as we hike or that we see in the Grand Canyon. Strengthening Relationships with Young Women | An Interview with Kim Partridge

Kim Partridge is the owner of Oliver + Teddy Designs LLC, an online shop specializing in handcrafted, natural stone jewelry.After 28 years in the event planning and management business, Kim had extensive experience in the fast-paced, high-stress industry.  Fast forward to 2020 when the world paused.  Grateful to be working, Kim continued to navigate the new normal.  But like so many others, she struggled with the blur between her work and home life, the isolation, and the daily uncertainty that seemed to make finding joy so difficult.  It was during this time the search for a simple morganite necklace led Kim to a new path.  One that has helped her to find happiness, raise her vibration, and point her toward a new life purpose. The search for morganite had brought her to Etsy, where Kim was captivated by the seemingly endless variety of incredible stone cabochons, crafted by artisans all over the world.  She started collecting them with the intention to make jewelry for herself until she came across a gray and white stone with red markings. What appeared to be a cardinal in the snow became the first “Imagination Stone” and everything changed.
