Bio: I am a Long Island girl living in Austin Texas with my husband Pete and our sons Jack and Charlie (the furry one). My life consists of writing, coaching, mom and wife-ing. My intention daily is to stay present and open to life and my inner guidance. I don't know where I will be five years from now, but I know it'll be better than I can think of today.
