Referred to as the Working Women’s Oscars, theVenus Awards were launched in 2009 byTara Howard to recognise,reward and celebrate local working women in business. The VenusAwards began in Dorset and have since exploded into other regionsacross the country. Culminating with an annual National Final thattruly represents the inspirational women who balance and juggletheir lives relentlessly and unconditionally, who inject theircommunities with a sense of feminine robustness and solidity only awoman can provide.
