With another top winemaker - and wife- Sara Perez, Barbier produces Venus La Universal. Chef Nicholas Wilkins and Kevin Cox from Ani Ramen House, with locations in New Jersey, explain the time-honored process for making Japanese ramen, from noodles to the broth.
