Kiki Achyana is a passionate disability advocate from Indonesia who has been part of several projects related to disability issues in his home country. H recently launched a startup, Parakerja, which is a platform for people with disabilities with the aim to create an inclusive work ecosystem by training and connecting future employees and employers and empower trainees to pursue their dreams. We talk about how we can work on ending discrimination based on disability in both the public and the private spheres. Kiki also tells us why he decided to work on this issue and what he loves most about being a social entrepreneur.
