Prior to Vertex, Ben was a partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) where he launched their India presence. While at NEA, he led several investments in the Technology and Healthcare sectors. Ben Matias is an aspiring Comedian, Actor, and Motivational Speaker. Like so many others, I started with nothing. Through grit, determination, and perseverance, I manifested my dreams into reality. I came to America and started telling my story over social media, and people listened. I now have a platform with over a million followers where I strive to enrich the lives of others each day through the content I put out into the world. This can be giving a laugh through comedy, teaching a moral lesson through a personal experience, or opening a conversation by sharing a perspective.Through the creation of short films, I am seeking to make a positive difference in this world.
