Early in his career, Aaron went from sales job to sales job searching for something he had passion about. This led him to residential real estate because in this industry, the agent is the product. It gave him a sense of being genuine. He joined one of the top Market Centers in one of the top regions for Keller Williams, and his exposure to Gary Keller speaking about growing your profit share through wealth building helped him choose to focus on profit share growth for his career.  Even during market downturns when he took a second job in a restaurant, he continued his focus on profit share by recruiting new agents to Keller Williams. Then he went into teaching his class “The KW Effect” which he has been teaching for over a decade. KW is about what you become, and he never thought he would become what he has. But his goal is to live his life by design through profit share–for Aaron, this means he is not working and still making a million plus a year in profit share. So he then turned to teaching his recruits how to recruit new agents and sponsor people to KW. Now he is in the top 100 of profit share participants at KW. What is Aaron’s secret of success? He is the most persistent and consistent recruiter.
