This week I speak to one of an amazing married couple, Tom Charrier that are passionate about providing decent student housing. Tom is from Lancashire, near Manchester in the UK and his someone that believes that the student housing needs renovating and changing up a gear, so much so..he quit is job as a landscape gardener a few weeks before this recording. Now, together with his wife..and three kids, he gets to do what he loves every day. There preference is to renovate old victorian properties and convert them to accommodate students so we talk about the styles of each property plus thought processes and considerations you need to make for it to work.
