Dr. Ercolani is a board-certified urologist and robotic surgeon, and in today’s episode, he will be talking to us about robotic-assisted laparoscopic simple prostatectomy, which is a viable treatment option for men with an enlarged prostate. Dr. Ercolani now teaches surgeons from around the world the techniques of the most cutting-edge treatments in urology. While teaching is an important part of his practice, his goal is to always provide state-of-the-art, compassionate, and high-quality care to the Florida Gulf Coast community, where his urology practice is located. He is also the founder of Elite Robotic Surgical Consultants, a company that provides robotic urology surgical services in under-served areas across the Western United States.
