Mike Pryde is a former MTB rider and architect who is now the owner of Chapter 2 bikes. Mike is based out of Auckland, New Zealand and we talk about his cycling journey and purpose of creating Chapter 2 the company.  He also tells us about a new addition that is coming to the Chapter2 family. And that is the "Chapter2 AO". The AO is a gravel frame with the same best material of the other models. What makes it so special is its relaxed geometry, ability to add on panniers/full mudguards when needed, installing upto 42C tyres, mounting options of 3 bottle cages - All these with the materials of what the pros ride. In summary, this is one bike that does it all - Weekend fun long rides, self supported tours, amateur local racing, randonneuring, gravel riding. We believe that this is the perfect bike for lot of our riders in getting many happy miles without the aggressive posture, pannier capable frame with the best materials.
