Newly Certified Kristin Pasquill joins us to talk about what she's been up to and what the future holds!

On this episode of The VDown we are joined by a DDP Yoga Warrior, success story and inspiration Kristin Pasquill! Kristin has dealt with weight issues throughout her entire life. Her biggest weight gain was during her pregnancy with her son in 2009 and weighed up to 287 pounds. Her weight was complicating existing health issues and she was a hairs breadth away from becoming a diabetic. She decided to make a change for herself and her family.  She started a low carb diet recommended by her doctor and started exercising and dropped 154 pounds in two and a half years, but was still having struggles.   At the end of 2012, she had her daughter but did not repeat the previous mistakes that led to weight gain in her first pregnancy. Life then happened and anxiety and stress got the better of Kristin and she gained 60 pounds after she stopped going to the gym. Then towards the end of 2013 she made the choice to own her life.  A friend introduced her to DDP Yoga. Kristin did the research that most of us do and the rest is history.
