And I'm like, it's not linked to who you are or your self-esteem - it's like what they get at the end of it. And then they brainstorm the package with a whole different mindset.”   KATRINA: “I see the fact that a business owner gets burnt out because they're the only asset in their business. So ultimately the systems and tech become a cash generating asset.”   RAY: “I sometimes feel like part of the reason people don't sort tech, and this is very much a subconscious thing, but it's that it brings ease. And we feel guilty about making money easy.”   KATRINA: “When I work with a business owner, we look at the… ecosystem that you might have: your team, and outsourcing tools, and tech…And that ecosystem allows you to plug and play and say, I'm going to take a month off.”   KATRINA: “I say this to my parents when they’re like, ‘why are you always learning?’ I'm like: ‘well, it was different back then. Now I need to catch up’. And also, as a mom returning… it's like, wow, no school run? Who am I? So now it's filling that time up and it's like, actually I need to do this. I want to do this. Bringing Ease to your Business with Katrina Young

Katrina Young is a self-made woman whose background of domestic abuse has directed the course of her business and her life.  Now a happy mama of two living safely and thriving in London, Katrina shares her experiences of abuse, how she came to realise that what she was living wasn’t healthy, and how she managed to fight back to regain her voice and her independence. I loved hearing how she’s recently been taking time to listen to herself, how that’s led her to be clearer about her boundaries and has helped her drop her people pleasing habits.  I’m inspired by Katrina’s positivity, energy and her willingness to bravely STOP and hear what her soul and her body are telling her.
