Sabrina is a nationally certified and Wisconsin state Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker is dedicated to understanding and utilizing mind/body therapies to best serve her clients. She believes the first step in overall wellness is self-awareness of the mind, body and soul. The combination of many modalities during a therapeutic massage or bodywork increases the body's innate intelligence and natural healing ability, promoting mind/body wellness and self-awareness. An integral part of wellness is awareness, since it is the vital link between the mind, body and soul. Each modality, although approached differently, provides relaxation to the body, facilitating pain relief and general wellness. Sabrina believes our state of wellness reflects our relationship with ourselves and others, both inside and out. It is her goal to promote wellness, peace and longevity with all of her clients. Sabrina will discuss some of the myths about bodywork, what to expect from your first massage and how body work plays an essential role in maintaining health. She will address the effects of stress and poor nutrition, and discuss how these can lead to or aggravate physical and emotional pain.
