Paige Hosler, Vice President of the Insurance Management Team (IMT), and Geoff Burgess, a director on the IMT team, are full of tips for how to lead virtual team, as well as ideas for how to be intentional, fun, and effective as a remote teammate.    Paige’s one tip is to be intentional about bringing connection to the team, and she shares some great ways to do this.
