Dr. Barbara Wingate is a graduate of Temple University Medical School where she obtained her medical degree. She completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania in psychiatry. She has made numerous presentations and written many book chapters and articles on various psychiatry practice areas.  After over 20 years in private practice, she now serves as the Senior Medical Director of Magellan Healthcare in Pennsylvania. Dr. Wingate talks with Yvette about her latest writing endeavor, "I Get By With a Lot of Help From My Friends: An Effective Self-Care Book."
