The COVID-19 pandemic has thrown socio-economic inequalities into sharp relief. Although we are still fighting a last phase of the COVID-19 crisis, it’s clear its impacts will be manifold and enduring. In addition to introducing new dynamics, the pandemic has confirmed what experts have known about social inequality. How do the social conditions exposed, exacerbated, and created by the novel coronavirus demand that we substantively rethink our corporate culture and, therefore, some of the prevailing assumptions, methods, and strategies?I had the honor of interviewing Dr. Kristen Liesch, Co-CEO of Tidal Equality – Tech-enabled strategy firm solving the problem of inequality.
