Anna Adsit is an intuitive somatic guide and therapist, as well as  the founder of the beautiful platform Wild Embrace. Wild Embrace is a community of remembrance, a healing and regenerative space to practice together the world we wish to live in. Embracing your Wild & Centering the Feminine ~ w/ Anna Adsit

There’s something special about being party to an intimate conversation between friends who ask big questions, and this conversation between Nina and Anna is just that. There is no stone unturned as they discuss topics like the cycle of death and rebirth, the importance of rituals, sacred rage and the ways it relates to privilege, and so much more. Anna is an occupational therapist, earth based healer, postpartum doula, &amp; yoga instructor with a focus on nervous system regulation, embodied wisdom, emotional literacy, and a return to right relationship to body and earth. She weaves together clinical knowledge of the body, earth based teachings, mindfulness studies, and years of working with children and families with complex traumas and special needs. Anna is dedicated to creating gentle and safe spaces for the unlearning of collective conditioning in order to divest from systems of harm and invest in thriving, regenerative communities and ecosystems. She curates spaces to reignite an embodied remembering of our innate wisdom, wholeness, and interconnectedness in order to orient our collective vision to a more beautiful world. She is a humble student of the earth as the foundation for all of her work. She lives in Haines, Alaska with her husband, dog, and an enriching community of humans and wild things.
